If there s a gap under your door casing and also a gap between two rooms under a door where two different installations of laminate flooring join you can install t molding to hide both gaps. Make sure you take accurate measurements and leave 1 3 around the walls or in the transitions to other flooring. But when the last few floorboards of your laminate floor need to be laid under the door jambs or through the door lining or door frame it seems impossible to get them in without. It is often easiest if you start to lay the laminate at the door leading into the room this can be harder if there are several doors.
